I am looking for ghost stories about Richmondtown. If you have any, please share. We had a meeting with them this past week and will probably be conducting our investigation in April.

I wish I did, but other than hearing people say, "Richmond Town is haunted", I really haven't heard anything SPECIFIC about it. I still think an investigation would be interesting. Hey, maybe we can be the responsible party for either confirming or debunking the vague rumor.

my wife and i had our wedding reception at the parsonage last summer (the old restaurant in richmondtown). unfortunately, it was raining on and off so the majority of our pictures were taken inside the restaurant. we have quite a few pictures that came out with really pronounced orbs in them. in one particular shot there is a big, big orb right by my arm....like someone was trying to get into the picture with us. its not exactly a ghost caught on film doing cartwheels down the stairs....but maybe its something?

LOL! Wouldn't that be nice if they did that?! It would make things so much easier!!
I'd like to see the photo. Most times with orbs, they can be explained away as dust, moisture, etc, but not always. The pronounced ones are the ones I like to look at!

have you guys tried contacting the richmondtown people to ask if you can investigate there? some of the buildings and houses there are a couple of hundred years old, so there has to be some history/activity. and as a bonus, st andrews cemetary is right across the street, which is a freaky, old cemetary, and the enormous hebrew cemetary is right across clark. i think itd be an awesome place to do an investigation on a warm summer night

OK RichmondTown is haunted i mean i haven't had any personal experiences there even though i live like 2 minutes away. the parsonage is one of the big ones. I always remeber a story my uncle told me one night. He was a cop and was on partol amd it was probably 2 or 3 in the morning and he was driving down clark and he saw someone standing in the top window of the parsonage with the light on and the blind pulled back then proceeded to walk away so he went to the groundskeepers office or the owners i forget who but they came down gave him the keys he and his partner went in and checked out the house and no one was there he went up shut the light closed the blinds and locked up as soon as he came down the blind was pulled back and the light was on so the groundskeeper or the owner told him that it was a ghost that is in the house. He i might add is an extremely level headed man and really doesn't tell lies. so i believe him and anytime i pass by there the light in the top window is on and ill go back about a half an hour later and it will be off and this is at like 1 or 2 in the morning and the parsonage is now closed

Well, I don't think it was the owners because they told us that they don't believe it to be haunted. Some workers have reported sightings, but not the owners. I believe we were told that there were reports of sightings in the Guyon house.
I'm going to look up Richmondtown on most haunted houses. I've never heard that before. I'll let you know if I find anything.

I also heard it was haunted...a boy in the window in one the houses is the one I hear the most....Just because something is old, doesn't always mean it's haunted...Sometimes a house is so old and creepy our minds see and hear things that arent really there...we can thank TV for that...lol....

Andrews im not saying its haunted but he used to say when he worked there the coffins would sometimes would pop up cause of its below sealevel i think or the water table is low its just creepy not haunted.

Actually, my neighbor keeps swearing to me that St. Andrews itself is haunted (next to Richmondtown; not sure if it's actually considered to be on the property), and she says she has pictures. I wanted to take a look at them, but I was going to propose that to you at some point to see if you were interested. I'd like to look at the pictures first though, like I said. This friend tends to be a spaz
