Apparently, our website has been closed due to violating the Terms of Service agreement. I can't figure out why. I've contacted customer service, so hopefully I'll have some answers soon!

You mean your site on Tripod? I just went there and it's up....were you able to rectify the problem? Not sure if you're aware, but there are some other sites out there that let you host your site for free, and some don't have ads.....and you can use your own domain name.
